Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Packages
MYON Wellness is not responsible for shipping delays caused by carriers, weather conditions, holidays, customs processing, or other circumstances beyond our control.
If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include photos of the product and packaging. We will work with our fulfillment partner and shipping carrier to help resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
