RETURN & REFUND POLICY
At MYON Wellness, we stand behind the quality of our products and want you to be satisfied with your purchase.
RETURNS
You have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be unopened, unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition that you received it.
Due to the nature of wellness and consumable products, opened, used, or partially used products cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged or defective.
DAMAGED, DEFECTIVE, OR INCORRECT ITEMS
Please inspect your order upon delivery.
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or if you receive the wrong product, contact us within 7 days of delivery at:

Please include:

• Description of the issue
• Photos of the product and packaging
We will review the claim and provide replacement or refund options when appropriate.
RETURN AUTHORIZATION REQUIRED
Do not return products without first contacting us and receiving return instructions.
Unauthorized returns may not be accepted.
REFUNDS
Once your return or claim is reviewed and approved, refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
Depending on your financial institution, it may take several business days for the refund to appear in your account.
